Return, Pick-up and Exchange Policy


At Vibez & Value Mart Ltd, customers satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items purchased through our store.

We do however, accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and free from any damages, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are Non-refundable.
  • ALL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR 7 DAYS. After 7 days a storage fee of $100 will be charged for each day item is not picked up.
  • To ensure a smooth transition for both our customers and our team, “WE DO NOT OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD). All orders must be “PAID IN FULL” prior to pick up.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the return item does not meet our exchange requirements.
